British Indian Restaurant Style Curry Recipe E-Book

I have spent many years gaining access to BIR kitchens by befriending owners and staff. They have given me recipes for base gravies, starters, main meal curries and side dishes. Including Onion Bhaji, Sheek Kebabs, Chicken and Lamb Tikka, Korma, Madras, Rogon Josh, Dopiaza, Jalfrezi, Dhansak, Tikka Masala, Bombay Potatoes, Naan Bread and more.
Over 60 recipes.

By following this E-Book and techniques shown in the videos, you will soon be cooking curries for friends and family. They will be amazed at your new skills.

Not forgetting, of course, the money you will save by not having to rely on your local takeaway or restaurant.

I can offer it to you as a E-Book PDF.
The PDF is only £3.49 and will be emailed on receipt of funds.

Tandoor construction

Hi All,
My home made tandoor,
Me being a big fan of Naan breads and tikka and tandoori food, I decided to build my own tandoor,
This entailed buying a large heavy terra cotta plant pot, turning it upside down.
Chipping away the base to make the oven top,
Setting it on fire bricks with fire cement,
Building the wall around it allowing for the air hole,
Then back filling with vermiculite concrete and finishing off with decorative chippings.
Job done,,,
